The hotel is in a residential area, it was very quiet, the room has all the facilities
Pros: The hotel consists of two parts, the main building, where the restaurant, reception and rooms are located, and a new building, which stands separately, in which there are only rooms. I was placed in a new building. Breakfast starts at 7am and lasts until 9:30 am, the breakfast was very tasty and homemade. The staff is very polite, you can check in before 15:00 if the room is ready.
Cons: 1. The hotel is located almost at the end of the city, it took me about 1.5 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. But there is a tram station within 5-7 minutes walk, which will take you to the heart of the city in 30-40 minutes. There are also bus stops right next to the hotel entrance. 2. The doors are quite loud, and when the doors close they make a loud noise. 3. The lamp in the hallway of my room was not lit. 4. Only residents of the top floor can enter the terrace, which is located on the roof of the building.

Pros: Staff is extra kind, very helpfull and positive attitude ❤️, everything was super clean, peacefull and very quiet. Tram and bus station is 5 mins away, breakfest was extra good l, I will come back, and I highly recommend this place 😁

Above expectations although the price could be lower
Pros: We expected a poor continental breakfast but it was rich with eggs prepared to our wish. The personnel in the breakfast room very friendly and ready to help. The room was perfectly quiet and we could sleep undisturbed.
Cons: Very poor illumination in the night which led us wrongly to the entrance. This can be improved at little cost if the board with instructions is illuminated Bathtub is bit too small

Na krátky pobyt v Prahe môžem odporučiť.
Pros: Raňajky boli výborné. Miesto je síce ďalej od centra, ale blízko hotela je hneď niekoľko zastávok hromadnej dopravy, ktorá premáva každú chvíľu. Personál na recepcii, ako aj v reštaurácii, bol veľmi milý a sympatický.

Pros: Výborná, skvělý výběr a naprosto úžasná paní, která mě obsluhovala. :)
Cons: V koupelně bylo pouze mýdlo na ruce, očekávala bych i šampon.

Cons: Chyběl mi na pokoj mýdlo a šampon, což by mělo být ve 4hvězdičkovém hotelu automaticky na pokoji.

Hotel Smaragd ako prvá voľba, ak ide niekto do tv štúdií Novy
Pros: výborný personál, veľmí príjemný a pohodový pán na recepcii; pokoj bol super, čístý a vcelku pekný včetně kúpeľne a toalety. Ďakujem za to.
Cons: Nespokojný som bol len s externým faktorom - pomerne často a nízko lietajú lietadlá ponad časť, kde sa hotel nachádza. Nezistil som si túto skutočnosť vopred, a preto som nemal so sebou špunty do uší, ktoré by túto nepríjemnosť pravdepodobne pomohli vyriešiť.
