Great hotel

Pros: Love the location - a bit away from the city but central to go where I need to

Cons: Nothing.. only missing a space for working meetings, one has to meet at the restaurant which is ok but maybe not so great for other guest dining there

Great stay at Volcano Spa Hotel

Pros: I had a great stay at Volcano Spa Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of food. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it's peaceful and well-connected. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it!

I strongly recommend

Pros: We were there for very short stay- one night, however it was very nice. The staff is polite and kind. The bed was very comfortable, everywhere was clean. Fresh towels, clean bathroom. We also went to the restaurant bar- also good place.

Cons: I like almost everything. We asked for one single bed, instead we got two separate beds joined- its minor thing :)

Pros: Very clean and comfortable spa hotel. Thai massage was amazing. They have such different facilities which is amazing.

Cons: The location is a bit far (approx 30mins from the city with the car). It was although a quite neighborhood. The communication with staff in english is a bit hard.

Pros: Convenient for my requirements as had a short stay for business.

Cons: Booking site said there was an Airport transfer when there wasn't. However, taxi from airport efficient. Walls in rooms need to be cleaned.

A very nice experience

Pros: I had a stylish and comfortable room, very clean and quiet. The hotel is located near a lovely big park where I could do my morning runs and in walking distance to a metro station which makes it easy to get to the city centre.

Great experience for relaxing

Pros: The wellness area was top and very calm. The receptionist welcomed us nicely. The room was quite modern and valuable for this price

Cons: Unfortunately there is only one room with a bath tub but has the same room type, so there was a disappointment after hearing that we pay the same price for less interior…
