Pretty good, missing paid coffee station.

Pros: Clean, close to tube and bus station, max 7 min to walk.

Cons: Actually I don't like this automatic key locks nowhere, where is no proper inner locker.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was great, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location is convenient—close to the main spots.

Cons: It was a bit noisy from the traffic outside, but it really depends on which side of the hotel your room is on.

Very good

Pros: Everything was great. The outside of the building looked poor at first sight, but inside is absollutelly different. Room was clean with all the facillities. We did not expect that room will be cleaned daily, but it was. Location is good because there are tran station in the other side of road and the metro station about two minuttes away.

Good value for money, would stay again

Pros: Nice and welcoming staff. Apart from a few stubborn fruit flies that kept hovering around the breakfast buffet, the breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of variety. This hotel is great and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: In summer rooms are hot and no airconditioning We brought a personal fan for cooling

Good hotel

Pros: Very Clean Hotel, rooms impeccable. Location is great- Tram station just in front of hotel. Easy to go to city center. Mall is 7 minutes walk

Cons: I requested for a 2 hours late check out which costed 20 Euros. I also booked 2 rooms and requested to cancel one of the rooms which was not accepted. I would have appreciated some flexibility. Breakfast area looked very dark.

Quiet and very convenient location

Pros: Very convenient location - with a frequent tram service a few steps from the hotel, and a metro stop a 5 minute walk away. There is a fabulous shopping centre very near by. The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The room included a fridge, kettle and mugs which was also very handy. Staff were were courteous and helpful. Excellent value. Thank you.

Cons: One TV channel in English or with English headlines for the news would have been good.

Pros: Very nice rooms and excellent breakfast. We have been here before and this year, there was even more choice in the breakfast options, with many different cakes, cereals, etc. We had a spacious room, very quiet in the night. Always happy to come back!
