Pros: We stayed for 2 days last month, service was overall excellent, from front office efficiency and kindness, to the Spa and swimming pool access given, the Prague city card given (which gave us a free cruise trip in the city river), the views from the room, the live piano playing during breakfast, the complimentary wine bottle in the room and water bottles at check out.

Cons: Only small issue we had was that it was a bit hard to reach the hotel via public transport after 9pm, as the underground shuts and trams or buses only stop about 10min walk away. But overall we had a lovely stay, would certainly come back and highly recommend.

Highly recommended.

Pros: The breakfast was very good. The position is excellent only 50m from metro station . Nice pool , big beds clean . Nice staff .

Cons: You need a little afford to have the right water temperature at the bath to do a shower.

Lovely stay food was great , variety at breakfast and staff were friendly.Hotel was clean .

Pros: From check in to check out everything was great. We received a complementary bottle of wine at check in and also got a surprise on my birthday found a bottle of Prosecco in a ice bucket and fruits with a birthday note from the Hotel which just made our day 😀. Thank you so much once again much appreciated!! Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Pros: The service was absolutely excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room itself was very spatious and clean. It's located right next to a metro station so it's very easy to get to the city centre.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Pros: Very good value for money! Spotless clean, although outdated (partially broken faucets, old carpet, missing night stand…). The staff was extremely nice and supportive! We would definitely come back!

An excellent hotel with a worldly and refined atmosphere.

Pros: The pianists playing at breakfast were an exceptional touch that adds incredibly to the experience. The pool with scenic views is excellent. Breakfast was brilliant with a huge range on offer. The metro station right at the front door is very convenient. A truly top rate international standard hotel.

Cons: Breakfast is crowded and hectic as this is actually a very large hotel with hundreds of guests. Elevators struggle to keep up with heavy traffic in the morning and delays occur so don’t be in too much of a hurry.
