Pros: Very friendly staff, free parking and nice welcome drink also in city centre!

Comfortable hotel in a good location

Pros: Hotel is located close to the public tranport stops and the city center, which makes is a convenient choice for travellers. The stuff is friendly and ready to provide extra explanation if needed. The interior styled as the end of 19 - the beginning of 20th century adds the charm to the place.

Cons: Part of the rooms are facing the busy street so expect some noise in the morning and through the day. But unless you are noise-sensitive, that shouldn't be a big problem.

Pros: I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, but what really made the experience exceptional was the staff. The employees were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Their friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help stood out from the very beginning. No matter the time or request, they were always available, supportive, and ready to assist with great efficiency. Such a high level of hospitality and professionalism is rare and greatly appreciated. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Pros: The room was very clean, staff was very kind and helpful they paid us parking even after our stay till time i wanted. Very good price for 2 night also location is amazing.

Nice time in the old townhouse

Pros: Excellent check-in and check-out, the nicest personnel ever. We got discount card for many museums and complementary bottle of wine. Nice, comfortable room with the view towards the back (important, as the hotel is located on very busy street). Good breakfast. Available free parking (either private in the courtyard, but only for cars not wider than 180 cm, or in the street, or within 20 minutes walking distance in conference centrum). Location 25 minutes walk to National museum.

Cons: We have no serious cons, as we generalny liked the hotel, just small remarks. Room was quite dark with one window to the hall. Room needs some TLC, perhaps small renovation. Cleaning needs some improvement - they would make the beds, but for example would put the items left on the bed UNDER the covers (phone charger), and generally there was some stains and dust in the bathroom. Funny thing- each bed had different type of mattress. It was not a problem for us, but if you travel with wheelchair or stroller, there might be problem with access to the lobby or to some rooms. There is elevator, but some rooms are located between the floors (half-floor).

Great location, wonderful staff, will visit again.

Pros: Good variety to choose from at breakfast, all very tasty. Room was cozy, warm, and receptionists very kind and helpful. External parking lot available, was very much nearby, location provided via QR code so it was easy to find.
