Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Pros: The staff, location, our room. The hotel decor was fitting with the architecture. To our lovely surprise, we were given a complimentary bottle of Merlot and chocolates when we arrived into our room. Breakfast the next day was superb, again the staff were superb. They kept checking that the food was topped up.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Amazing staff

Pros: Staff is young, very helpful, extremely polite and they trying to make possibile whatever is in their power. Hotel is older but has everything what is needed. They have also free parking.

Cons: The beds are heavy and almost completely closed to the floor, leaving only a few centimeters of space. This makes it impossible for the housekeeping staff to clean underneath them. Unfortunately, the area under the bed was very dirty and dusty. Hopefully, management will find a suitable solution to resolve this issue.

Pros: I was truly impressed by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect—most of the main attractions are within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is charming, clean. It’s a wonderful blend of great service and a prime location. Highly recommended!
