Jay Apartments

Wonderful stay, everything exceeded my expectations.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. The host was friendly and responsive. It felt like home and made our stay in Prague very pleasant.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros: Great location with parking. Transportation to center are neat. 20 minutes and you are at the square

Pros: Modern and stylish apartment close to tram and subway connections. A very nice and chic neighbourhood, and walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops.

Cons: The parking spot was very tight and narrow, so you need to be a good driver to manage to park. The airconditioning in the kitchen might need some maintinance, but there is also one in the bedroom that is better. The pillows might also need to be replaced.

Comfortable stay in a spacious, quality apartment with large windows.

Pros: The flat was spacious, well designed and had lots of natural sunlight. It was located in a good neighbourhood and big bath tub and balcony made it a pleasant and relaxing place to stay. Overall the communication with the host was good, messages were generally replied to within a couple of hours.

Cons: On the first day I was disappointed to find that the coffee machine was not working, however the next day they replaced it as well as brought capsules. In the end the only issue I had is that the place could have been cleaner. I was expecting it to be immaculate, but the windows could use a wash.

Entrance problem

Pros: Flat is very nice, clean, location is good. Bad in the living room is not so comfortable but is usable for sleeping. Comunication with owner was good before arrival but as we came after 17 o' clock(in that case they say that they are answering for urgent things) they did not answer at all. We had a problem to get in the building, garage. It is not clearly written that you need to go to flat first, than take the key for the garage, so we had problem and we could not reach the owner. We called few times, did not answer. It is not such a big problem but with small kid waiting is better without this.

Pros: Easy access, good location. Toilet and bath were separately. Plenty of dishes and plates. Quick responses from host. Little street noise. Access to garage and parking spot which we didn't use.

Cons: Couch bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Planket was small. The TV didn't work. It turned on, but could not play any channel or even Netflix. TV was missing legs so it was ja fall hazard if there were any children. Somebody had probably thrown the remote into TV because the screen had some dead pixels and remote was missing cover.

Pros: Good location, public transport is avalaible all day and all night. The apartment is basically brand new, it was very good value for money, especially considering the parking included in the base price

Cons: Check in was a bit difficult. Everything is contactless, the check-in description could do with more detail. Check is at 14:00, which is a bit late, and there is no negotiation.

Pros: We liked everything about this apartment.It’s furnished modernly and well-qualified.The location is great and close to main points.We would like to stay here again.

I highly recommend.

Pros: Excellent location, just several min from metro and 10-15 min from city center.

Cons: Apartment is clean, modern and the house is nice and clean as well. Garage is extra benefit! AC in rooms is a saver for summer days, one can indeed relax and rest at night. Mattresses are a bit soft but still you can have a good sleep. Down on the street there is lidl and a nice bakery.
