Very convenient location close to direct tram and subways lines to the city historical center

Pros: We had a blinking light in the corridor the first night and were disturbed with it. The Next morning we asked the host to fix it and he sent someone quickly even when it was a Sunday. The host went the extra mile for us. Very nice. Thank you

Pros: The location is good and the place is clean, and the employees are very kind, I had a good time here, thank you :) By the way, you have to prepare toiletries by yourself, they didn’t provide those stuffs.

Good place, I’d like to stay there once more

Pros: Great location, subway is in 2 minutes. Quiet area, there is a big grocery store near the place. The room was clean and nice.

Cons: Wi-fi was terrible

Pros: Nice, clean apartment with lots of space and furniture, well equipped kitchen (including some salt, sugar and tea), beds were comfortable, water in the bathroom was hot. In case you don't notice the fine print, reception is actually in the Karcher shop, so don't worry if you can't find a separate reception :)

Cons: Wifi was really quite bad. And we could have used an iron.

Peaceful apartment at a very good location with a few smallish compromises regarding accessories

Pros: Excellent location, spacious rooms. It was lovely that they allowed us to occupy the apartment in the morning - because it happened to be empty and there was no need to wait for a previous user to move out.

Cons: Only 4 smallish towels for 4 people (though we read about in previous ratings), small bathroom with no separate toilet room (read about it too in advance), dull knifes.

Pros: Friendly reception staff. Clean and spacious apartment.

Great place for families

Pros: - perfect location just 5 minutes from Subway and tram stopa - 3 minutes to Lidl and Billa - 3 minutes from pubs and restaurants - very clean apartment with comfortable beds - fully equiped and spacy kitchen

Cons: - nothing to complain about - I highly recommend to families with children

Fit for purpose, slept well and in a good location for my needs

Pros: Clean and spacious, bed was quite comfortable, well sound proofed from road noise, nice bathroom and shower was ok, hand towel provided. Kitchen area was well provisioned with fridge, utensils, pans, kettle and toaster if you had the need. Also had washing machine.

Cons: No wifi, quite a noise in corridor with sound travelling from other guests as they came and went.
