Quiet apartment with great location
Pros: Location is great near public transport and you can reach by foot the city center. Building is new and clean. Apartment is new and very quiet inside (no street noise). Parking is great.
Cons: Apartment is in general clean but it can be improved.

Pros: Absolutely perfect 👍Private underground parking, beautiful spacious apartment with really big terrace, clean, with everything you need ( coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, washing machine). That's all 2 minutes from the subway, 5 minutes from the centre. In vicinity plenty of very good restaurants, Caffès and bear bars. Very kind and helpful host. We'll come for sure back 👌

Overall, a great place — just a couple of improvements needed to make it perfect
Pros: The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped — everything we needed was available. The location was perfect, with both tram and metro stations nearby, and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The area itself was quiet, safe, and well maintained.
Cons: The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep well during our stay. This would make me hesitant to book again unless it's replaced. Also, the broken toilet seat should be fixed, as it detracts from the otherwise well-kept condition of the apartment.

Great location with parking for such a price
Pros: Great spacious apartment for family of 4. We were with 2 kids (9,13) and it was really large enough for all of us. Maybe 2 teenagers will disagree. We liked great location with quick connection to the downtown of Prague and to the O2 arena. Parking was great added value for this location.
Cons: The curtains in the apartment were classic office curtains through which everything is visible; regular textile curtains would have been more suitable, which are opaque and allow less light to penetrate.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, warm, with all the facilities needed, even umbrellas for rainy days. The metro station is very close and it takes 15 min max to get to the center. For those travelling by car, the underground parking is a huge plus. Recommend it!

Comfortable place with many good facilities and some sleeping issues. Very good position.
Pros: Metro, trams and supermarket just down the building. The reserved parking place in the subterranean garage is a luxury for Prague. The lift from the garage to the apartment makes it easy to carry up the luggages avoiding bad weather conditions. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need (except spare plastic garbage bags). Large bathroom with plenty of space where to place your things. Washing machine, dishwasher and working table. Possibility to eat on the balcony.
Cons: This apartment could be upgraded to a top-notch place just improving the comfort of the sleeping zone (that to me is the most important part of a stay): - the longest side of the flat is made by big glass windows with no possibility to darken the room, so there is light inside even during the night; if this can be neutralized by a sleeping mask, it doesn't work after dawn, when the room is flooded with light; it would be necessary to place darkening courtains, covering all the glasses; - the mattress is too firm for me, but I kind of accustomed to it; - the pillows are too smal and lumpy; it would be easy to remedy; - a/c is not a split equipment, but an inside portable machine which of course is noisy and uncomfortable.
