Cozy

Pros: Location was perfect, very close to city center by just walking, which is what we did for the most of our stay. Reception staff is very kind and helpful, so is the kitchen staff. Our room was very spacious, lovely view, nice and quiet, lots of privacy, and even a nice bathroom. Everything that was needed was present, therefore no complaints there

Warm, cozy and comfortable.

Pros: I like that it was a spacious room(like an apartment), with two separate and one large bed

Cons: There wasn’t a fridge and the windows who should be with more insulation. Let them be old-style but more functional. But it’s ok. Only this complaints.

Clean rooms and polite staff, near a metro station

Pros: The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is next to a metro station and public transport stops. A lot of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons: It is not in the historic city center, but a 15 minutes walk there.

It was good, the staff was polite and helpful.

Pros: I liked that the comfort room was very spacious and clean.

Cons: But the heating was not working properly (barely warm), so it was a little bit cold, especially during the night.

Pros: Tasty breakfasts, nice staff, great location to the center and public transport

Cons: You can hear everything that happens at the neighbors' and on the floor. There is only one elevator for 9 floors, which means a long wait for it.

Pros: Nice and clean hotel. Rooms are quite big, and shared fridges and water columns are available in the corridors. The wifi connection works well, and had no problems with outside noise. The hotel is a 20 minutes walk away from the city center, and subway/trams stops are a couple of minutes away.
