Pros: Quality of room was very good. Everything was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Didn't have breakfast there so can't say how it was.

Pros: Good hotel in great location in city center with own parking and welness. Clean rooms, good wifi, acceptable breakfasts.

Pros: Spaceous rooms. Small kitchen area also in the room for people who want to prepare some food themselves. Wide variety of food available at breakfast. There was a small shop at lobby where some food was possible to buy 24h.

Cons: Spa access was for extra charge.

Great value for money & highly recommend the onsite spa for private whirlpool

Pros: Nice modern room, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, great value for money. We hired a private whirlpool at the onsite spa and loved it so much we extended for an additional hour, highly recommend

Perfect stay for our trip 🙂

Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel — it was very well priced and located right in the heart of Prague, within walking distance of many main attractions and close to the train station. The rooms were lovely, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with excellent international options, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Just a heads-up that there’s no kettle in the room. Rooms are cleaned midway through longer stays, but towels are changed and bins emptied regularly, which was perfect for us. The sauna and spa are operated by a separate company and aren’t included, but they’re available if you’re happy to pay. Included is also a gym with basic weights and equipment, plus a recreational room with table tennis, billiards, table soccer, and some activities for kids, which were a nice addition. Overall, it was the perfect stay — we really can’t complain.

A wonderful place in the center of Prague

Pros: We had an excellent one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen. We mentioned in advance that we were staying with our cat, and they provided us with feeding and cleaning supplies for her. This hotel has a fairly convenient underground parking lot, which is rare to find close to the center. You need to drive straight into the parking lot, press the button to get a ticket at the entrance, and then go to the reception from the parking lot. The location is excellent, and you can easily walk to the main attractions. The staff is wonderful, the Wi-Fi is quite good, and the breakfasts are not bad. What is especially pleasant and rare is that check-out is until 12:00!

Comfortable and convenient with nearly everything you need

Pros: This hotel has a lot to like. Apartment style rooms with well-equipped kitchenettes, proximity to train and tram stops, restaurants, cafes etc. Excellent buffet breakfast, washing machine & dryer room on each floor, gym, office workspace area, various sitting areas around the reception area, friendly & helpful staff.

Cons: Wasn’t able to connect to watch Netflix on the room tv in the evening.

Nice hotel and good location

Pros: We liked the location of this property it was perfect, the staff were really friendly and helpful

Cons: Something we didn’t like was the cleaning of the room, we felt like the cleaners hadn’t been in at all and we was shocked that they don’t make the beds either as this would of been a nice touch they replaced our towels with short hand towels after a flood into our room which wasn’t ideal
