Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, and great stay

Pros: I had such a wonderful stay. The room and the hotel itself were absolutely beautiful, and everything was spotless—super clean and clearly well cared for. I checked in on my birthday, and they surprised me with a small gift in my room, which was incredibly thoughtful and sweet. Another thing I really appreciated: they let me store my luggage after check-out, and when I came back to pick it up, the staff even helped me weigh my suitcase. They also kindly let me repack in the common area, which made traveling so much easier. Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely stay here again next time.
