Pros: This whole place is just perfect. Stunning, clean, full of light, the stuff is so nice and friendly, especially a smiling mam from the night shift. The rooms are big, clean, sheets are fresh, in the bathroom we had toilet paper for few days and hairdryer! We rest so good during our stay. What is more, the hotel restaurant is full of delicious food. The stuff also is very nice. We definitely would like to come here again 💜

Pros: Conveniently located to town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and room was just right

Cons: The only small thing I can say is there were no milk sachets for a coffee or tea.

Excellent

Pros: It was clean and the location was perfect. A 3 minute walk into city centre and the museum. Our heating in the room was not working but as soon as we told reception about this they gave us a portable heater to keep us warm

Pros: Good value well presented hotel in a great location. The restaurant is lovely. It suited me because it's vegan and I am vegetarian and there was a laid back atmosphere.

Pros: Excellent hotel in a prime location! We loved how clean the facilities were and enjoyed a high-quality breakfast each morning, all made better by the very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Convenient location near everything, with lovely staff and a beautiful room

Cons: Could be a little loud at night which was outside of the hotel’s control. I was in a room facing the room and you could be waken up by emergency vehicles or loudness from outside

Pros: Many plants 🌱 and restaurant area was with hanging plants idea is gives positive and healthy vibes … breakfast was excellent , Room was very cozy and comfy bed Many towels in bathroom Staff is very cooperative

Good hotel in a great location with an excellent vegan restaurant

Pros: The main pull for us was the vegan restaurant at the bottom of the hotel and this did not disappoint! The food and service was excellent, and it was so nice to be able to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel! All the staff in the hotel and restaurant were so nice during out stay and made us feel welcome!

Cons: The beds were not the most comfortable, and the noise level was pretty bad. We appreciate that staying in a city centre comes with a big risk of noise levels, but even noise within the hotel was quite bad on some nights. We could hear the TV in the room next to us, and heard them partying pretty loud. It only bothered us badly one night, so not enough to ruin our stay. But if you want a peaceful getaway I wouldn't recommend it!

Pros: Bed was comfy,food and restaurants were near by.The Old town square is very close,easy to walk by foot. Perfect place to stay in.
