Overall good experience

Pros: Very nice breakfast selection. Kind and helpful receptionist. Beautiful small aquariums in the reception. Spacious rooms. Great location if you are without a car.

Cons: The breakfast area is quite small and the kitchen staff was not present all the time, when needed. From the reception and the restaurant to reach your room, you need to go through a small garden, which means cold during the winter. Stairs leading to the rooms without elevator, which can be tricky if you have a buggy. The room could have a big cupboard, since 4 person need to put their clothes somewhere.

Relaxation at its finest

Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean. Toiletries and towels are provided. Very near to the muzeum station and there are many attractions and shops nearby. Some staff don’t speak English but very kind and approachable. Linens are absolutely clean. The rooms provided were same as the picture. Its a pity we weren’t able to get breakfast because we left early and have not advice the reception about the plan so no packed bfast for us. Definitely recommendable!

Cons: We hope slippers are also provided but not a big deal.

Good value, nice hotel….boring city.

Pros: Great location with lots of popular attractions within walking distance. Clean and spacious room with everything you need for a short break.

Cons: The staff weren’t rude, but a cracking a smile wouldn’t hurt. It certainly put us off asking any questions.

No fuss hotel which was a perfect base and well priced

Pros: The Hotel is quite small and basic. But the staff are friendly especially the receptionist. My room had what I needed it and was very clean. The hotel is very central so it is a good ground place to get to where you need to go. The metro is an easy way to get round and trams. I came here for an eye operation so I spent most of my time in my room as a traveled solo. I would come back to look around prague.
