Pros: The hotel was in an excellent walking location close to most attractions. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: We’ll start by saying that our flight was early, so we arrived well before the check-in time. When we arrived at the hotel, we asked the receptionist whether our room was available so we could check in early, or whether there was a room where we could leave our luggage until the official check-in time. We were offered a meeting room next to the reception to leave our belongings, but throughout our stay this room remained wide open, so we felt it wasn’t very secure for our things. When we asked again about our room, the receptionist said that it was ready, but we would have to pay an additional €20 for early check-in. I had already asked through Booking the day before whether early check-in was possible, but I never received a reply. The hotel offered very limited toiletries, and several items that are normally provided even in lower-rated hotels were missing.

Hotel location is perfect. The staff are very friendly particulary Adnan at the reception.
Pros: The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Adnan at the reception was excellent, he is doing his best to help all the time. He keeps smiling all the time. Breakfast was excellent, the location is perfect, it's easy to walk to all historical places, and the room is always clean.

FANTASTIC STAY!
Pros: This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was really lovely and very clean. Bathroom and shower were great. Receptionists were helpful. Breakfast was good and well managed by staff members. I also felt safe there.
Cons: Air con wasn't very strong but that didn't affect my stay. Also, the pillow was very squishy but, again, I wasn't put off by it.

Close to the main railway station and city center, good breakfast (book hotel in CZK, not in EUR)
Pros: It is up to 10 minutes walk from the main railway station and also walking distance to the city center. Clean, comfortable beds, silent room, stable wifi. Very good choice for the breakfast. Fast check-in (they requested pre-registration) and check-out.
Cons: The final price for 3 nights including city tax was supposed to be 400,20 EUR although it was mentioned that it would be paid in CZK. After I was charged I also checked what booking showed as the final price in CZK and it was 9960 CZK what fits to 400 EUR. However the hotel charged 10413,20 CZK what is 4.55% more and it was then more than 420 EUR. It is not a big difference, but I never had this experience in other hotels - the final price confirmed at booking was always almost the same even if it was paid in other currency. So I recommend to book this hotel in CZK at booking to avoid the recalculation with an unfavorable exchange rate. I am sorry about this, because otherwise everything was fine.
