Room amazing

Everything is excellent and exceeded my expectations. All staff had lovely smiling faces

Pros: The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, looks classic and well-maintained. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and key attractions, which made getting around easy. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the dining area was well organized. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Pros: Good location, quiet but near metro and bars etc. really spacious, excellent internet (as I was working remotely) and the breakfast is really good

Cons: We had a duplex so the skylights naturally don't open when it rains (electric) meaning it got quite stuffy at times

Pros: Hotel location was perfect. Staff were fantastic from Check in to Check out & all in between.Helena at Check in deserves special mention. Very welcoming & professional. Impeccably Clean. Very Highly recommended. Close to train station ( 6 mins walk) & Wenceslas Square ( 2 mins)

Pros: The location was excellent, the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. Modern, very comfortable and the breakfast's were delicious and plentiful. The staff were so helpful and the atmosphere in the hotel had a nice relaxed feel.

Pros: The location of this hotel was perfect. The breakfast was great, lots of choice. We thought this hotel was really good value for money and would definitely stay here again.
