Great hotel in a location that allowed access to all we wanted to do in Prague

Excellent services!

Pros: We booked the double deluxe room with castle view and it was breathtaking! Room was made every day, really clean, even left a bottle of water and a bag of jellies on the pillow every day. Personnel was really nice and breakfast was so good we could only eat again at dinner! Congrats! 🥰

Pros: Great location, short walk to all attractions. Spacious room, excellent breakfast options. Arrived via Uber but you can easily get there using metro and bus which did on return. Check in and out smooth, would return again.

Comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, and a perfect location - couldn’t have asked for more

Pros: The room was spacious and beautiful, with comfy beds and a good-sized bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with a huge selection to choose from. The location was perfect for us — we could get to everything we wanted quickly and easily.

Good hotel and location to see the main sights. Nice birthday gesture from staff ☺️

Pros: Good location, 20 minute walk to the old town. Plenty of shops and bars close by also. The staff were very good, they arranged a bottle of wine for the room complimentary as we were celebrating a birthday which was a lovely gesture. Good heating in the bedrooms. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel (other than breakfast which was a good selection) so can’t comment fully on the food.

Cons: Perhaps it was just our room and location (third floor near the elevator) but Sunday and Monday morning (Monday from 7am) were extremely noisy with staff doing room service. Banging, talking and moving things around and knocking on adjoining doors multiple times. This was the only downfall for the hotel, as otherwise it was great. It was very peaceful Saturday morning as I think room service started later in the day and we were able to sleep in.
