Pros: The hotel is close to the center, the room itself had everything you need, and check-in through Booking is quick and easy. The internet is good, the breakfast was great!

Cons: For some reason, the power outlets were very weak(( My phone and power bank took all night to charge, even though they usually take two hours. And it was a bit cold, even with the batteries at full capacity.

Great hotel with some space to improve

Pros: Big room, huge opening windows. Nice smell in the room. I liked the big bath tub and the kettle in the room. The hotel is close to the historic centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Professional luggage storage after checkout.

Cons: I spent there two nights and I had to miss the first breakfast. The breakfast room was full and I did not have the time to wait. It might be small for the capacity of the rooms. The other problem is the smoking policy. Right at the main entrance they have a huge standing ashtray. People stand in the very entrance and smoke. You have to inhale all that sh.t when you are entering/exiting. I am not sure that this is even compliant with local laws and definitely very dirty and outdated.

Pros: Everything was fine. Kind personal, fresh breakfast every morning, big and comfortable room.

Cons: Maybe a renovation would be helpful to get a vote 10 .

Room and location - great, breakfast options - quite disappointing

Pros: Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom, great location.

Cons: Breakfast had way less food options than expected - only very basic things like eggs and bacon plus same few cakes 3 days in a row. Was expecting more after all the reviews about great breakfast :( also there is only 1 coffee machine

Pros: The breakfast buffet was very good many choices but the lady who serve shes not polite she yell most of the time because we didnt notice the note up on machine that it has only black coffee available then she came to our table take all empty plates without saying nothing lack a bit of manners the rest was good the reception helpful and accomodating they can keep our stuff while we arrive early and we can go around the city without bringing our bags.

Pros: RECP check in was 1st rate excellent BEDS comfy ROOM large LOCATION excellent LOCAL fab places to eat (Tuscany Tastes & Seafood Market Grill ... both accross the street towards Wencesles Sq)

Cons: Breakfast was poor. NOT allowed to toast a bagel. Coffee & tea luke warm tepid. VERY picked over. ONLY apples bruised to take. ROOM 405 = SHOWER poor / fridge we turned off as too noisy / Room needs TLC. WORST was the daily cleaners ... BANG BANG every morning at 8am ... getting 4 giant laundry cages (2 blue 2 orange) outside lifts. THEN THE CLEANING TROLLEY ... even had do not disturb on door. The feeling I got was they wanted you up and out. SHAME.

Great hotel for a short break

Pros: Great location. Nice large room with balcony and good selection for breakfast.

Quality Hotel , well located with large comfortable double bed room

Pros: Friendly approachable staff, the front desk was always occupied even returning late in evenig. well stocked room which was a really good size, looking out to the quiet street. breakfast was included for all guests I think.It was very good buffet style

Cons: The TV was ok but lacked channels ; the small fridge was useful to have but made lots of noise overnight

Pros: The room was beautiful and clean and the view was great. Staff were super friendly and the bar downstairs had cheap aperol spritz.

Cons: The in-house massage was a little odd.
