Excellent hotel / enjoyable stay!

Pros: Everything was excellent! Facilities, location, breakfast. There is tram stop just next to the hotel, which is very helpful if you want to skip walking to/from the city center. Everything was perfect!

NICE HOTEL, A LITTLE TOO FAR AWAY FROM MAIN ATTRACTIONS FOR US

Pros: We really enjoyed the size of the room and bathroom. Very clean. reception staff polite and helpful.

Cons: Unfortunately quite a lot of road noise from the trams. Room extremely warm which meant we had to leave the window open all the time. Quite far out of the center, 30 min walk to the main attractions.

Pros: The hotel enjoys an excellent location and offers a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Thoughtful amenities such as shower gel, coffee, and daily housekeeping would elevate the experience even further. breakfast was great as well

Cons: Unfortunately, most of the staff were rude. We asked for wine glasses and a plate, but they said the hotel didn’t have these items. It was really strange because, in fact, they did have wine glasses. When we pointed them out, the staff said they needed them and gave us different cups instead. We also asked for an umbrella, and they had only one. There was no toothbrush in the room, no complimentary bottle of water, and similar basic items. For me, it’s unusual that this is considered normal for a 4-star hotel.

Excellent stay with spacious rooms and convenient location.

Pros: Very spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was fabulous. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. It was only 30 min walk to the old town with plenty to see on the way.

Cons: It was very warm in the bedroom and we weren’t able to turn it down (I assume this is because the air con was switched off for winter).
