Pros: The staff were very helpful with the check in process. The location was wonderful and it was very helpful to have a washing machine and place to cook in the room. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Central location near transport and lovely hostess

Pros: Communication with tereza was simple and she was always kind enough to keep on checking up everything was good on my trip. Place is lovely decorated with many amenities including fresh drinkable water straight from the tap and many lamps for custom lighting, plus a nespresso machine with a selection of pods to choose from. Location is fantastic only mere minutes from multiple trams and other transport easily getting you around Prague centre, with a few lovely coffee shops and restaurants right next door. Definitely would recommend!

Cons: Chair at desk was very uncomfortable if you plan on coming to do work. Place was very dusty, from the lamps to the throw blankets and extra pillows plus coffee machine was dirty and needed cleaning before use. Fridge was set on freezer mode without my noticing - probably from a prior guest, ended up freezing over my milk :/

Pros: We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The lady who showed us to our room was absolutely lovely- so warm and welcoming, and she really made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. It was such a great first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay. We especially loved the electronic keypads, which meant we didn’t have to worry about carrying or forgetting a key. Such a simple touch, but it made things so much easier and more convenient. The apartment itself was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for our weekend away — cosy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was also ideal, with just a short walk to the tram stop, making it quick and easy to get into the Old Town. Overall, a fantastic stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Cons: The rooms weren’t very soundproof, as we could hear loud footsteps from above and music playing quite loudly each morning, which did disturb us at times. We also noticed that under the bed there was a thick layer of dust- something we only discovered after dropping an item underneath.

Pros: Very clean very cool apartment, and a 10 min walk from the citu center or 1 metro station. The staff were great, very helpful with everything we needed for our stay. I also recommend the mexican restaurant that is next to the hotel, very good food and cheap.

Everything was perfect

Pros: Everything was perfect, we felt at home. Very good location, great decoration. Confortable beds. Everything we need in the kitchen and nice bathroom.

Cons: It’s more an airbnb rather than a hotel (no reception/service for example)

Lovely stay in Vinohrady

Pros: Lovely, modern apartment. Small kitchen with everything you need and everything was super clean. The host was very kind. Enjoyed the location in Vinohrady with all the cafes and restaurants nearby.

Pros: I am always sceptical of perfect reviews but in this case the apartment definitely lived up to expectations. It was a great home away from home. Very comfortable, in a great location.

Cons: Couch was not made up on arrival as requested, but as soon as we contacted the host, it was very quickly fixed.
