Cozy hotel in a great location.

Pros: Nice cozy hotel in a great location. Otherwise an excellent stay, but I would have appreciated that the gluten-free diet would have been better taken into account. However, I had informed this in advance. The reception staff was very friendly and had good language skills. I also appreciated the bathroom products.

Excellent place

Pros: The room was super clean, the facilities were excellent, the breakfast was really complete. An absolute pleasure.

Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Short cute trip to Prague

Pros: Great location, comfy beds, clean and spacious rooms

Pros: Really appreciated staff’s behaviour and cleanliness of the room. Location is ideal combining lots of public transportation options as well as reaching the old town on foot.

Cons: An upgrade on windows and insulation would be beneficial. Both internal and external noise were a bit of minor issue at some points.

Be sure to visit Prague — a charming city that surpasses Vienna in beauty.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent location. It’s easy to reach any part of the city and even more distant areas using several types of public transport. After 7 p.m., access is by code only, as there is no reception. The breakfast is superb, and the staff perform their duties perfectly. It’s comfortable and convenient enough to spend a stay of more than five days at this hotel. There are also grocery stores, as well as several good restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Cons: The room we were given had a slanted ceiling, which was not the type of room I saw when making the reservation, so my expectations were different. Nevertheless, the stay went very well. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet.

Pros: Close to trams and busses so its easy to get around. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and overall clean.

Cons: Hearing staircase/elevator noise through the room door. Cold air getting in from balcony

A perfect hotel to stay and go sightseeing in Prague!

Pros: A great hotel at a great location for sightseeing. It is situated 10 minutes walking distance from the national museum, near a marvelous neogothic church with an open space where you can rest and relax. Near it there is a Hoxton Burger restaurant that you should definitely try if you like burgers! There are multiple stops of tram nearby and one metro station, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. If you like walking you can even go on foot to all the great tourist attractions. Moreover there is a super market on the opposite side of the street to buy whatever you forgot to bring with you. The room was very spacious, there was a small balcony and the bathroom was clean and big. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was great, with many and different things to eat and start your day full of energy.

Cons: Small things that were not bad but could improve for me. I would definitely stay here again if I decide to revisit Prague. The heating is central and that made my room a bit too hot so I had to keep windows open. I did not stay a lot inside but that could be a bigger problem for someone else. Daily cleaning could be a bit better sometimes. I do not understand why there was not a ramp for wheelchairs in the entrance 5-6 stairs since there is an elevator in the hotel.

Super hotel

Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean. I had a balcony which was nice. Bathrooms were big and beds were comfortable

Cons: I found the temperature control in my room a little tricky (maybe just me). It was so hot I had to keep the doors of my balcony open
