Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: This was the second time I stayed here and the experience was again very good. - really hot shower with really good pressure - windows can be wide open - heating working properly and can be adjusted - small fridge in the room - location very close to underground line A - very close to Wenceslas Square

Cons: - mattrace could be a bit softer

Perfect stay

Pros: The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. It's not in the busy tourist area so is a lot less busy and more traditional neighborhood. The rooms are also build around sound so you don't hear people.

Cons: Couldn't really find something I didn't like.

Pros: The staff was very nice:) Breakfast wasn't big, but was tasty - they have good coffee. Our room was very quiet, with the windows looking out onto the courtyard/other building (so no noise from the street). It's in the opposite direction than the castle, but it's close to the main train station, so it was perfect for us. And the room was spotless, with a super clean bathroom!

Pros: Staff very friendly, especially the lady working nights duty in reception on week days. Good breakfast selection and quantity. Good location in a quiet pleasant area.

Cons: Room not serviced every day, it is a policy of the hotel, it was stated, in a notice in the room.

Pros: The staff were amazing! Held on and looked after my important documents that I had to send to pick up on arrival. Very friendly.

Cons: Room 13 location (where we stayed) was located right in front of the reception. Could hear all the noises/conversations had in the reception area.

Excellent, inexpensive hotel

Pros: Good hotel for a very reasonable price. Only a short walk from the metro and the main attractions. The staff were very helpful and the area seemed very safe. I would stay here again.

Cons: Rooms were fairly basic but for the price it was to be expected and still had everything we needed.
