Good stay for a fair price in Prague
Pros: Second time at Hostel Dakura, I'd definitely recommend for everyone. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice check-in experience, location is not at city center but easy to tram and metro, restaurants and brewery nearby and also a small market. The shared bathrooms are clean enough.

Comfortable, great staff, great value
Pros: Staff were very helpful. Bath Towels and hairdryer were provided at reception. The room was warm and comfortable and the property felt secure. We were delighted to realise that we had a wash hand basin in our room. The toilets and shower area were kept clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and had good pressure. Tram and underground stops were within 5 minute walk of the property. Approximately 2-3 stops got you to middle of city. As our flight home was in the evening, we were allowed to store our bags in the luggage room until we were going to the airport. For the price we paid we found it to be great value for money.
Cons: We have very few negatives… the curtains were thin and so allowed the light in a little at night and from sunrise in the morning the room became bright. If this bothers you bring an eye mask.

Perfect simple hostel
Pros: It is a well priced lovely simple place, with very nice employees. Exactly what you need to stay a few nights in Prague. Easy to access with the tram 8.
Cons: Our room was a little cold, theoretically we could have ask for more but it was not a serious issue. Oh and the neighbors were really loud in the morning but this is their fault.

Great location, pleasant interior design, kind staff - but very poor soundproofing
Pros: The accommodation is in a great location — it took only a comfortable 20-minute walk from District VI to the Old Town. There is a metro, bus and tram stop nearby, along with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful, the interior design was pleasant, and I especially loved the courtyard!
Cons: The soundproofing was very poor — I could hear not only what was happening in the neighbouring rooms, but also noises from the corridor and even from the upper floors. I understand the use of central heating, but I wasn’t happy with it; the room was almost cold (although I could have contacted the reception about this, which I didn’t). The room was equipped in a rather minimalist way: apart from the bed, shoe rack and desk, there was only one glass and a hand soap. A kettle or a small fridge would have been a nice addition.
