Pros: Perfect Location - amazing view of the castle. Five minutes walking to Charles Bridge and ten minutes walking to the old town. Trams are in front of the hotel’s door which can take you all around the city. Breakfast has a big variety of fresh products. Danielle is a super friendly person full of kindness and professionalism.

Cons: 1. There should be an option for the pillows. Some guests prefer soft and some guests prefer hard. I booked this hotel for 4 nights and I did not sleep neither night because of the pillows. 2. The elevator does not stop on the floors but only between them. So it is difficult to carry your luggage between the floors. The same problem is in the entrance. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs from the entrance up to the elevator. No bellboy to help. 3. The switch is not next to the bed so you have to have your mobile phone already charged.

Nice hotel in great location

Pros: Great location, 5 min walk to old town. Tram and metro station right outside the door. Staff are friendly. We had a castle view room which has a view of the castle which is lit up at night

A cozy hotel not far from Prague Castle

Pros: Excellent location, view from the window, proximity to the metro, clean, spacious rooms, excellent breakfasts, helpful staff. Olga at the reception is very sweet, attentive, caring, answered all questions, helped, speaks languages perfectly.

Excellent location with view of castle and lovely staff!

Pros: Location and view. High ceilings also gave a sense of space

Cons: The shower was poor in our room 401… The breakfast room in the basement was not a great space - a ground floor room at the front with castle view would have been excellent. In summer I think the private terrace at the back is used. Also the coffee from the breakfast room machine was not good. In room coffee pod machine was good though and a nice addition.

Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Daniel who gave us excellent service, decorated the room for my husband's birthday and provided drinks and snacks. He allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived in the morning until we received the room and when we left for the airport.
