Pros: The parking and breakfast were great. It has excellent access to Prague Castle. The bathtub was big and great for taking a half bath.

Cons: It was slightly cold in the bathroom.

Location is perfect, everything is in walking distance, very clean rooms.

Pros: Perfect location, clean-the cleaning service every day was amazing

Cons: It was a little bit difficult to book in the spa, we could not use the jacuzzi we wanted at the end, but everyone was nice and helpful.

Pros: Due to an unexpected situation in Brussels, we arrived at the hotel one day after our original reservation. A big thank you to Peter and Roman at the front desk who were extremely kind and helpful—they held the room for us and even arranged some compensation. This boutique hotel is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Prague Castle. It features spa facilities, and we particularly enjoyed the private sauna. The room was cozy and spacious, with a large balcony. We truly had a wonderful stay.

Pros: Wonderful hotel in an exceptional location near Prague Castle. Spotlessly clean, charming, and truly feels like a fairytale castle. We will definitely return. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The massage by Andrew and the kindness of Diana and Nicoll at the reception were outstanding.❤️ and the breakfast was simply WOW.

Central and comfortable.

Pros: Excellent choice for breakfast foods and big, comfortable room. The bathtub especially was great and spacious. The location is great as well, as the old town is reachable on foot within 10 minutes.

Cons: The pillows were too soft for my taste. However, that is all; There are no other complaints, besides parking being maybe a bit expensive, but less expensive than leaving your car downtown for the day's that you'd stay here.

Decent but not 5 star

Pros: It’s well located. Has a good restaurant. There’s a spa

Cons: The spa is almost always booked out and availability is poor. The staff can be rude but Ivana the manager is excellent and extremely perceptive so she managed one of our disappointments. The rooms although big, feel old and there’s carpet which doesn’t give a feel of hygiene. The bed was quite small.

A lovely stay in a great hotel near Prague Castle and the Old Town.

Pros: This is a lovely hotel in a great location - just across the river from the Old Town and 2 minutes walk from Malostrana tram stop. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent every morning.

Cons: There was traffic noise from the busy road outside ( mostly trams passing) which didn’t bother us but come prepared with earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.
