Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Augustine while traveling with my wife and our dog. The hotel is truly unique, set in a stunning historic building with a calm and elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, also very accommodating to our dog, which we really appreciated. Perfect location in a quiet area but still close to all main attractions. A memorable stay and we would gladly come back.

A wonderful, comfortable stay in an excellent location, with exceptional customer service.

Pros: A wonderful place to experience the beautiful city of Prague. A fantastic location, exceptional service, a very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing room, a delightful bar downstairs and delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Every detail was carefully considered and everything you needed was at hand. We could have asked for more attentive staff. A real joy!!

The perfect hotel

Pros: Great location, exquisit hotel, professional and nice staff, great breakfast. Above expectations!

Cons: The spa was unfortunately closed for renovation when we arrived. But I believe it should open soon. Tip - take the newer rooms (the ones without wall to wall carpet). All rooms are great - but these have better vibes.

The Augustine Hotel and its outstanding staff epitomise everything that is so good about Prague.

Pros: The room was wonderful, but the breakfast was exceptional. We were made most welcome and the staff were helpful and attentive. The concierge in particular helped arrange a private tour of the Estates Theatre, something very important to us.

Cons: Other guests lolling about in dressing gowns, talking too loudly and smoking.
