Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace

Pros: Great location Staff friendly and engaging Clean Hotel Staff were helpful woth requests of extra pillows and tea bags

Cons: Rooms were small

Lovely hotel, quiet, but close to everything.

Pros: Lovely hotel, close to all tourist attractions and markets. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice.

Cons: We were not given a twin room as requested and this was unable to be rectified on first night. As we only were staying a couple of nights we didn’t bother in the end. We were compensated with a couple of bottles of fizz - this was appreciated 🙂

Pros: Excellent service, great location, basic amenities but surprisingly comfortable

Pros: The rrom was close to the elavator, you can hear the noise all the time… bed is not comfortable for 5 stsr hotel, no blackouts…shower inside bathtube

Pros: Friendly staff, nice room, it really looks luxurious, good breakfast

Cons: Breakfast doesn't have much for vegans (soy milk would have been so nice, vegan yoghurt)

Great Location, Super Friendly Staff eager to help.

Pros: The location was perfect, within five minutes walk to the main bridge but way from the hustle and bustle, making for a nice quiet night. Staff were super friendly and delivered a complimentary half bottle of champagne on ice to all three rooms of our party. Nice intimate bar area for a relax and a nightcap before retiring to our rooms, or for a meet up point before going out.

Cons: One of the two mattresses in our room was a lot softer than the other and therefore not so comfortable, so myself and my wife took turns on who got the best side of the bed.

A wonderful hotel with delightful service

Pros: An absolutely amazing experience. The staff were extremely attentive and kind. My children overseas called the hotel to arrange a flower delivery for my husband and I's anniversary, and were met with very helpful staff who made the process seamless, delivering the flowers directly to our room. This level of care was apparent for the duration of our stay. In my years of travel, I have never experienced such kindness and willingness to help. The staff truly go above and beyond. Recognition is much deserved. The hotel's location is amazing, right in the city center. I highly recommend other travellers to check this hotel out.

Cons: There was a slight language barrier in some instances, though this is to be expected. However, the staff always tried to do everything possible to assist and understand.

Good for a city break

Pros: Location is great. The breakfast it was good. We like The atmosphere in the hotel.

Cons: Our bed it wasn’t comfortable. The toilet paper is very bad quality, not for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is not like in a 5 star hotel. The housekeeper came at 3 pm, Just when we got back in our room for a break!

Little gem in Prague

Pros: Staff were very helpful especially Alisher whom we met when we arrived. Hotel was comfortable & location was great.

Cons: Only a tiny thing but would have liked firmer pillows.

Pros: Birthday weekend for our son's 30th. Staff were absolutely lovely and friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Staff also put a little bottle of champagne in your room when you arrive. Rooms are stunning. Spa lovely
