Exceptional 5-star experience in Prague

Pros: Everything. Location is perfect - feels like Prague is on your doorstep, yet the hotel is a comfortable retreat/oasis from the city. Room was perfect in every way - view, beds, pillows, deep bathtub, underfloor heating in bathroom, slippers and dessert before bed. Truly feels like a 5-star experience. We especially liked the 4pm tea/coffee. Excellent service and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and view breathtaking. Hotel is also child-friendly as we travelled with a toddler. Plan to return for Prague in summer at the same hotel. The hotel played a big part in us enjoying the trip so much.

A wonderful boutique hotel

Pros: Fabulous breakfast, ideally located near the castle and local bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance down to the Charles bridge and the old town. The staff are amazing, they cannot do enough for you, super helpful and friendly

Delightful place

Pros: What is there not to like. Beautiful rooms, fantastic staff and the place is immaculate. Breakfast is nice and the complimentary snacks and drinks late afternoon are a nice touch.

Cons: Having to leave at the end of our stay! 🤣

Comfortable, excellent service and breakfast in the restaurant.

Pros: Personal polite and helpful service except for one older man on reception with blond hair who was dismissive. Wearing white/black clothing. The rest of the staff were good.

Pros: The view from the restaurants at breakfast and dining on the top terrace was exceptional.

Cons: It was a bit of a climb to get to the hotel at the end of a day's stroll around Prague, but that was an age thing.
