Ukraine 🇺🇦

Pros: It’s a very cosy, tiny hotel near the first statues of Karlův most (Charles Bridge). The radically cooperative staff do their best to solve any issue or fulfil any request. The room is impeccably clean and furnished with vintage pieces. Breakfast is excellent, though it could be slightly more varied. Please note there is no elevator—if that’s important to you.

Cerny Orel exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The location of this hotel is brilliant. A few steps away from the Charles bridge and many other important sights and yet our room was absolutely quiet during the night. We found our room (standard double) more than meeting our needs in terms of its size and its elegance. I would particularly like to mention the bed which was super comfortable. The ladies at the reception and in the breakfast room were invariably friendly, professional and polite. We would definitely stay again at Cerny Orel.

Pros: Staff went above and beyond! Very friendly and informative reception staff, excellent breakfast facility, they even organised breakfast for us to take away the night before we left, as we were catching an early train. Highly recommend.

Pros: Location was perfect. Staff were lovely and quick to help out with anything. Klára was very especially helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, and great value for money. Location was quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Pros: Extremely central location. Despite being 30 seconds from Charles bridge, it was very quiet stay. Staff very super helpful and attentive. Beautiful room, with everything in it you would need for a stay.

Incredible stay in the heart of Prague

Pros: We absolutely loved this hotel. It was gorgeous, rich in history, central to absolutely everything and the staff went above and beyond to help. Even on a busy street, the second you closed the windows it was peaceful and quiet. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Cons: The stairs - but that's what you get when you want to stay in a character hotel.
