Pros: Hotel was excellent, beatifully designed, very clean and quiet. Had a perfect location for exploring Prague by walking. We really want to especially THANK to the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. From start to finish, he made us feel genuinely welcome, provided great local tips, and was always ready to assist with a beatiful smile. His attitude and attention to detail truly elevated our trip. I would highly recommend Hotel Ikona to anyone visiting Prague, and I would happily stay here again. Exceptional service and a wonderful atmosphere!

Pros: The staff are amazing - thank you Petr, Martin and Arazu.... helpful and friendly! Room was comfortable and the location couldn't have been better!

Pros: The location was excellent, only less than a minute from Charles Bridge. There are several restaurants within walking distance. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a local pub and a bar. The hotel has its own wine bar. The staff were friendly. The breakfast service was superb. We were pleased with the breakfast options. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and reasonably spacious.

Cons: Giving it a 9 for 2 reasons. The heating could've been more effective but this will only be an issue during the colder months. The walls had marks left by luggage, nothing a new lick of paint can't fix. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Great location, and the breakfast waitress was incredibly kind and attentive.

Pros: The location is excellent, and the breakfast service from the waitress was outstanding. On my second morning, I had a sore throat, and when I requested a honey lemon drink, she kindly served freshly cut lemons and show me the hot water and honey for me to help soothe my throat. Her thoughtful service really made a difference and was much appreciated.

Cons: We are uncomfortable to drink tap water.

Pros: A wonderful hotel in every possible way. The location (right in the heart of Prague, just a one-minute walk from Charles Bridge), the service, the food — everything is of the highest quality. The large, spacious room was more than enough for us! The reception staff were always ready to help with any question or issue, the dining room team offered quality coffee and a good breakfast, and the hotel’s wine bar had an excellent selection of fine wines. Our room was thoroughly cleaned even though we didn’t ask for it — a big plus. We highly, highly recommend this hotel! Truly an amazing experience. We were a family with two children.

Very nice hotel, in a good location, with friendly staff.

Pros: Very good location, we wanted a street view and our wish was taken into account. A room on the street side can be really noisy in the summer and people smoke under the window (the rooms are on the second and probably third floors). But in the cooler season our room was perfect. The staff was very friendly and professional. They recommended the local restaurant Lokal next door to us. It was local, the food was delicious and cheap. (tip: there is a small stand in the corridor of Lokal where you have to write your name down and then you will be called when a table becomes available). You should definitely book a table for the evening. There is a wine bar under the hotel (one evening we bought a bottle of wine there and the glasses were also kindly allowed into the room). I definitely recommend this hotel and we will choose it ourselves on our next stay. And we also had a beautiful bathroom with a window.

Pros: Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, nice rooms and quiet location in the historical part of the city. We would be happy to visit again.

Cons: Parking is available on the other side of the river.
