Pros: Beautiful location almost on Charles Bridge. Excellent guest experience, with well informed and helpful concierge. Very friendly approach from the team. Large room. Excellent breakfast - both buffet and a la carte. Bar with nice atmosphere, and good bar food.

enjoyed our stay and would surely recommend to others

Pros: Location was right in the center and next to the River with amazing view. Breakfast had a good spread. Staff was very warm and friendly. Concierge was super fast in organizing. Rooms were spacious, clean and met our expectation.

Cons: Housekeeping needs to be improvised as there was no consistency in the chores being done and the staff was not coordinated tho they were hardworking.

Pros: Staff paid attention to many details which I have never experienced in other 5-star hotels.

Cons: Would be better to have a swimming pool but understood the space restriction.

Warm Hospitality in the Heart of Prague

Pros: I really liked the hotel’s excellent location and the warm, solution-oriented attitude of the staff. Many thanks to the entire team.

Cons: Despite the warm weather, the hotel did not seem well-prepared for outdoor use. Also, unlike what is usually expected at this level, no water or welcome drink was offered upon arrival.
