Pros: This is a splendid hotel located within three minutes walk of the main railway station and a similar distance from shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Cons: Tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms would be much appreciated

Excellent service, beautiful character and presentation.

Pros: Beautifully presented, characterful, staff excellent. Staff so helpful. Hotel is immaculately presented.

Cons: Breakfast selection would benefit from being expanded upon. Larger selection of cheeses, fruit and breads would be beneficial. Bedroom walls did not offer quite enough acoustic isolation. Noise travelled from adjoining rooms.

A very good choice in a beautiful place

Pros: This is one of the oldest hotels in Prague in service since 1927. Most of the interior is preserved and is stunning. Staff are exceptional take my word for it. When you call, a human being answers within one ring, not some computer in Mumbai. Location is a few hundred meters from the railway station. Shower is fantastic finally a strong jet again. Breakfast is good. Minibar has reasonable prices for once.

Cons: The rooms are old fashioned and so is the furniture. The one thing I really did not like are the carpeted floors I hope the will change this with the next update.

Great hotel with great location

Pros: Very cosy and all providing hotel. Rooms are comfortable with enough room for relax and business. Stable wi-fi allowed me to work and stream meetings. Clean and tidy. Staff of the hotel was helpful and nice. Close to the train station and the city centre. Surroundings were calm and secure.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay in Prague.

Pros: Ours was an unexpected stay due to a train delay, but so happy to find this hotel. Convenient to the main station. Very comfortable room with a nice view over Prague. The bathroom was superb. The staff were kind, organised and helpful, giving advice freely. Breakfast was nice. It was interesting to read about the history of the hotel on the hotel stationary in the room. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing, all was good.

Pros: Choose as close to the train station. Walking distance to all the sight, the old town and restaurants. Good choice of breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
