Pros: The hotel interior , facilities , day spa next level what a wonderful experience. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable

Cons: The Spa had to be booked in, even the use the pool, when we did get to use it, there was only 4 people in the whole area, my wife and myself included. This was annoying,

Wonderful

Pros: Unbelievable service as always from the staff at W Prague, the bar areas are great and perfect for groups of all sizes, the room was clean and perfectly maintained, the location is great for exploring all of the city, would highly recommend!

This is a good hotel but in need of improvement in a few areas.

Pros: The location is very convenient. The building is new and clean.

Cons: We have faced great difficulties in finding availability at Grand Cafe and at the SPA. Both places are accepting non-hotel guests therefore are fully booked most of the times. I beleive that there should be some sort of priorities for the hotel guests. Also some of the staff at Grand Cafe were not very keen in helping the Hotel guests. Our room had a very bad view compared to the price we paid.

Pros: I don’t usually write reviews, but our stay at this hotel was so wonderful that I felt I had to share it. We visited to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and wanted to prepare a surprise. For this, we needed early access to the room so our friends could decorate it in advance. The hotel team went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly and the surprise stayed a surprise. We are very grateful. A special thank-you to Mr. Álvaro Montero for his exceptional assistance.

The most perfect hotel in Prague

Pros: This is a great hotel … perhaps the most famous hotel in Prague brought back to life by W. They have restored the gorgeous history of this building, and put a fabulous / elegant / contemporary interior. The restaurants and open spaces are stunning. The spa is probably one of the best in Europe. Gym is excellent. And the roof terrace is awesome.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like. The customer service and professionalism of the staff was A+

Lungo weekend

Pros: A brand-new and very welcoming hotel, especially if you love Art Deco style. The restaurants, rooftop, and bars are all of excellent quality. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable—the concierge’s tips were particularly helpful. Our room was spacious and well laid out; we chose their suite, which was super comfortable (it faced the back, but the modern wing of the hotel doesn’t overlook the main street, where the historic section remains). That was perfectly fine for us.

W sets a new standard for modern luxury — truly exceptional experience!

Pros: Top location, modern luxury at its best. One of our best hotel experiences — unique design, great pool and sauna on the -2 floor. Definitely visiting more W hotels!

Cons: Great stay overall! Limited parking on-site, but Arcadia parking works fine with a short 10-min walk. Breakfast could be richer, but everything else was perfect.
