Art Nouveau Palace Hotel

Pros: The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a great place to stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional personal service. The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is within easy reach of key places of interest, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at a cracking hotel in a beautiful city. Everything was perfect.

Pros: The overall experience we had was excellent. Location of hotel was fantastic with the main shopping areas on the doorstep. Many bars and restuarants within 50 metres. Absolutely class italian trattoria across from hotel. The room was very clean, spacious with a massive double bed that three adults could have slept in. Room cleaned every day, towels replaced daily and bedding replaced during our 4 night stay. The breakfast was excellent served in the restuarant area that was very spacious and lovely decorated. The best bit about the hotel was the absolutely outstanding level of service received from every member of staff especially the staff in the restuarant. Would not even allow you to get your own coffee. They fetched it and replenished your empty cup instantly. Outstanding

Cons: Only thing I could mention would be the shower over the bath. Bathroom was excellent being spotlessly clean, with fixtures classy but I prefer a walk in shower.

Pros: We liked everything, although we had dinner one evening and there was not much choice.

Pros: We had the pleasure of staying at the Art Nouveau Palace Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hotel combines classic elegance with modern comfort. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the Old Town and surrounded by a number of very good restaurants, which made exploring the area enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a generous variety of high quality options each morning. It was a real highlight of our stay. The WiFi was reliable and fast, which is always appreciated when travelling. The reception staff were consistently helpful and courteous, and nothing felt like too much trouble. They were particularly helpful with bookings. It was a memorable experience for us, and we would not hesitate to return.

Cons: No recommendations, it was really good!

Fabulous location and great rooms.

Pros: Fabulous location, with very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast had great selection of goods/ drinks and staff were very attentive. Rooms good size, good facilities, great to have a kettle in the room, good bathroom and comfy beds. Overall very great experience at this hotel.

Cons: A pod coffee machine would have been ideal in the room, instead of instant coffee.

Cons: No pool, sauna, steam room or jacuzzi for a 5 star hotel is normally typical. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work.
