Pros: Excellent location, spacious room, good breakfast, attentive and helpful hotel staff.

Cons: Upon check-out, the hotel receptionist said there was a van parked in front of the hotel that could take us to the train station for 20 euros. When we went to get into the van, they charged us 24 euros instead. Wrong attitude.

Terrific hotel in every way and great value.

Pros: Ideal location by Wenceslas Square and Old Town. Huge room for 3 which turned out to b a Junior Suite with a semi-separate bedroom - nice bathroom, excellent wardrobe and desk space and comfy chairs. Rooms serviced daily and very clean. Superb buffet breakfast. Just amazing value for money and will definitely stay there again.

Cons: Reception bar closed too early at 10. Should have been open till 12.
