Had a lovely stay and staff were very considerate of my mobility problems.

Pros: Clean, spacious ( for my wheelchair), and central location.

Cons: No restaurant

Pros: The location is superb, the facility is comfortably amazing. and the staffs are great.

Cons: there is no cabinet in the room that I selected.

Pros: Very spacious apartment with a lot of space for 2 adults and 2 big kids, good temperature although very cold outside, walkable sights, one Lidl store nearby as price for water in close stores was 3 euros.

Cons: The only thing we requested some packages for breakfast for early check out one day before but they have not communicated to each other.

Pros: The place is comfortable, clean & cozy. Pillows are great. Staff are helpful. Its at Wenceslas Square, shopping area. Tram & train just few steps away.

Cons: The lift can sometimes take longer time to wait.

Pros: Excellent Excellent location, very central. The apartments are large and spacious, very clean. Towels are changed and the rooms are tidied up every day.

Cons: The acoustics of old residential buildings – if there are very active children above, starting from 5 a.m. :) – you can hear the running and jumping.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Great location. Near to Mustek subway station( Line A & B). Fabulous breakfast with variety of choices. Friendly staff in the reception. Everything is great.

Cons: Perhaps can provide a small dustbin in the washroom.
