Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location, clean, friendly staff, good selection at breakfast.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Central for all areas Very clean and has everything you need in the room

Cons: Broccoli and carrots for breakfast. Would prefer baked beans with my bacon and egg

Pros: All was perfect even more that I expected. Room is large, clean. The service is really excellent. Apartments are supper for every family. Full equiped.

Pros: How central it is. And also how friendly staff were. Especially as I had left my bag in the breakfast room and somebody safely made sure it was at reception. And nothing had been touched.

Cons: That one of the plugs in my room wasn’t working. That was it. So not a big issue.

Pros: Location was closed to the Christmas market. There is an exchange office with more or less good rates. Restaurents are near. Easy to walk to main parts of Prague. Location is safe.

Cons: The bathtub was not necessary but guess useful for those who have kids. Miss a normal shower. One more chair would have been great

A 5-star experience in Prague at the Hotel Elysée!

Pros: We booked an apartment at the Hotel - it was extremely spacious and very clean - and the bed was huge! We also had a fully-equipped kitchen area with a dish-washer, microwave and fridge. The bathroom had a bath, separate shower and double sink. Location excellent close to main shopping street, but tucked into a quiet arcade which ensured a peaceful stay. Breakfast was included each morning in a lovely dining room. Buffet-style, it included everything you could wish for - hot & cold, savoury & sweet, fresh coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons: There was a distinct lack of mirrors....none at all in the bedroom, or living room or entrance hall - should have definitely been a full-length one in this area. Just one mirror in the bathroom, but as there was the wide basin with a wide shelf, mirror was positioned too far away making it difficult for women to do their make-up! Please address this issue, as that was the only thing that let down this beautiful apartment

Pros: Large room, quiet space, good airconditioning, kind staff, easy payment process. Nice selection of juices for breakfast.

Cons: The elevator is quite annoying, but bearable.

Cons: Breakfast room was small and busy. One morning we had to wait for a table.
