Ideal location, great breakfast but poor wifi

Pros: We absolutely loved the breakfast - excellent selection of food, always replenished and tasty. The hotel was very clean, the room and good size and location ideal.

Cons: The WiFi signal was very poor and it wasn't possible to cast to the TV and watch anything. We were out during the days and indoors for the evenings so it was a shame that we couldn't watch any TV.

Lovely experience, safe and easy city.

Pros: Allowed to check in earlier than scheduled by 2 hours. Reception very helpful, a small amount of maintenance work was happening on our floor near the lift which could have been explained when checking in as it was right outside the lift dorr and was unexpected as the lift opened. But no real issue there. Very clean all over.

Cons: Breakfast is inside a franchise restaurant in the foyer and is quite pricey compared to UK hotels. Hotel charges about the same price as the restaurant for all you can eat buffet (hot and cold foods), but maybe could be a cheaper price as its done through the hotel. My advise would be to just pay at the restaurant and you can choose more variations of food.

Delightful hotel in a central and historic setting. Good value for money and good locatiion.

Pros: Location is perfect for a Prague sight-seeing base. Room was large and although old style, very comfortable. They upgraded us without charge to a room with a view of the main square. On check-in had a warm greeting from the English- speaking staff. The co-located cafe which is accessed via the hotel main lobby is truly fantastic. Great food and great service. Breakfast is served in this cafe trom 8am. Bonus - only a 15 minute walk from the main railway station.

Cons: No complaints whatsoever.

Lovely art deco hotel

Pros: The location was excellent, unfortunately there is road works going on in the square causing it to look ugly. Although it was quiet. During our stay.

Cons: The fittings were a little tired but of excellent quality
