Pros: Great location, nice design, and comfortable, staff was really helpful too

Cons: The bolting mechanism on the door didn’t work, and you could hear sounds from the corridor from inside the room

Pros: Everything was perfect warm friendly staff hotel very clean very modern great lighting in room location was perfect looking forward to coming back the welcome fruit and water and sweets bags to help yourself at reception was a nice touch top marks 5 stars

Pros: This is my 3rd time that I stayed in this hotel. The room is very clean, staff are always very kind and their services are great, location is just so perfect. Rooms size is just perfect for 2 people and we feel very st home and safe in this hotel. We'll always come back to this hotel whenever We'll come to Prague.

Perfect place and people

Pros: Every thing was perfect! We got early and the nice desk reception made everything that we will get our room early, same goes with our checkout they let us keep the room until 15:00 pm!

Amazing. No faults what so ever.

Pros: The hotel was amazing. Great facilities, great staff, amazing location, extremely central, very clean, felt very safe and cozy. Would stay again, completely recommend. Affordable price too.

Good hotel in good location with friendly staff

Pros: The hotel was good, room was good, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom/shower. Location was good and near the metro station and all other sites. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Room was a little small, breakfast could have had more 'hot' options. Its about a 10 min walk to the Old Town but this wasn't a massive issue as the walk was through shopping areas.
