Pros: Delicious breakfast. Nutritious and ample with lots of yummy options. Wonderful catering staff who ensured we had everything we needed. Great location right opposite train station. Loved the decor and the whole set up which is so well thought out to capture various guests' needs and wants. Absolutely lovely staff. Professional and excellent at their job, but also so thoughtful and treated us as if we were guests in our home. We were so grateful and delighted with all of the personal touches everywhere. Thank you so much to Daria in particular, and to all the other front desk team members for being so kind and welcoming and supportive of us. This was our first time in Prague and we loved it so much, and felt so lucky and privileged to have met you all. You deserve the best of me and my fellow travellers and other tourists in return.

Cons: Stay was too short. That's on us.

Pros: Great location pleasant 15 min walk to the old town and far enough away for quitness at night

Pros: What a terrific place to stay! Six travellers in two very cool apartments where everything was immaculate and the facilities exceptional. Great location and wonderful breakfast as well. And as for the water pressure… best shower in Europe!

Amazing and Excellent Hotel. Don't look any further. For families it's the ideal spot.

Pros: Service and services. Location. Staff. Cleanliness.

Cons: Critical feedback, but nothing wrong. The bathroom sink could be bigger. The shower requires an arrow for flow direction. Hot/Cold. Anti slip mat in the bath/shower.

Pros: This was a great place to stay. Right across the Central Station and short walk to Central CBD. The room was lovely, so clean and very comfortable. It was very spacious. The staff were lovely and very friendly. I highly recommend!!

Comfortable, convenient, and right on the money!

Pros: I have no regrets choosing Miss Sophie’s Downtown. The location is just about perfect—right at the back of Prague’s main train station, only about a 5-minute walk, with plenty of taxis and a direct bus to the airport, which made getting around super easy. My friend and I shared a room with two separate beds, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries and towels, and the free Nespresso capsules (refilled every day!) were such a nice touch.

Cons: Sometimes the room key card doesn't work. I had to swipe it twice or use my friend's key card to open our hotel door. It wasn't a huge problem, but I imagined it could be cumbersome for those who badly wanted to get inside their room.

Pros: Large, spacious room with all the amenities required. Extremely friendly staff who were happy to help. Perfect location

Pros: We like everything basically. The staff was very helpful and kind. Location, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast all were perfect! I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Such a cute and cozy place. We loved the small touches like coffee, tea, biscuits, water, and the lovely note waiting for us. Everything was very clean, quiet, and felt safe. The location is perfect — close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Pros: very spacious, everything is clean, love the coffee machine in the room!

Cons: the door is quite hard to close properly which means i had to push/ pull pretty hard to make it shut completely. this is also the reason why i can hear the banging noises from other rooms
