Lovely convenient area. Good value

Pros: Beautiful reception and bar area. In a good location 15 mins from Old Town square in area with a good range of restaurants and cafes.

Pros: The service was exceptional! We really felt the hotel's hospitality. They went above and beyond what we normally experience from other hotels in carrying out our requests. The staff really knows how to take care of us. We didn't even need to say anything. They were really warm and friendly. The room was great! The pillows are just the right softness. Everything was also very clean. It is also at a very nice location. The nearest tram stop is just a couple of minutes walk, and the Prague Main Train Station is about 5 minutes walk away. A special mention to their front office supervisor, Lenka Štefková. She really made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Cons: Our room is facing the tram rails. While it is very convenient to be near the tram stop, sometimes you can hear and feel the rails vibrating even with the windows closed. It's not so loud as to be disturbing, and we were able to sleep comfortably without any problems. But it's there.

The hotel was very comfortable, sumptuous decoration in reception, bar and restaurant.

Pros: The food offering for breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was lovely to sit in. The evening meal choices were limited but delicious. The Vault bar was sumptuous !

Cons: A lot of steps to get up to the reception which isn’t easy when you are carrying bags but the staff were really helpful in carrying them.

Comfortable and luxurious stay

Pros: Such a beautiful hotel, in a great location. They don’t skimp on the little luxuries like bath robes, dental kits etc.

Cons: I wasn’t a fan of the naked sauna situation, but that is the European way I suppose!

A romantic winter vacation in a royal atmosphere

Pros: A very high standard hotel. Rich breakfast, and a pleasant spa for a winter holiday stay. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Cons: The shower in the room was a bit outdated, there was often a problem flushing the toilet. The room felt a bit small and cramped with the luggage.

Pros: It was stunning, ambient, clean and overall a pleasurable relaxing environment for a city break.

Cons: One minor point would be that the doors to the rooms are not fully soundproof so noise could be heard from the corridor. It is fine when no one is out on the corridors e.g. late at night.
