Pros: Very good location, nice, old style hotel, comfy beds.

Cons: Breakfast was disappointing, rather basic, huge chunks of food, no heart put into it. Also, no info was sent about the construction site next door, very loud.

Perfect stay. Practically faultless. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Location was amazing. Properly was excellent, facilities were great. Really liked the architectural style of the building. Only a short walk to the centre. Really an ideal place to stay if visiting Prague.

Cons: Generally the staff were excellent, very polite and helpful when asked about various things however, I felt there could be more information provided at check in as there is no information book/brochue in the room (standard practice since covid I think) and no real way to get the information other than asking or googling.

Great location and facilities. We will definitely stay again.

Pros: The location was perfect so close to a lot of the sights. Tea and coffee supplied was great and the shampoo/conditioner and body wash suppled were lovely also the hairdryer was great in the bathroom.

Cons: Nothing I couldn’t fault any aspect.

Fantastic stay

Pros: Location was brilliant. The hotel was very clean. The beds & pillows were very comfy. The room was perfect. Great size.. water station on each floor which was great.

Cons: The view but I didn't come to look out my window so I didn't really mind

Very happy with our stay, staff friendly and accommodating. Was my partner’s birthday and complimentary Prosecco was lef

Pros: Location was great for being able to walk to many tourist sites in Prague. Take out restaurants near by and evening restaurants close by.

Cons: Building work being done, so we had to change rooms, staff were very accommodating for this and very helpful. Building work being done next door to hotel so not hotel’s fault - but I do think a disclaimer should be put on the website to inform guests.

We love how central it is, easy walk to the tram, shops, market, restaurants.

Pros: Very central and the buffet breakfast lots of choices

Cons: Just the shower area keeps wetting the bathroom floor. It’s right next to abandoned or being constructed building.

Stylish hotel in perfect location to explore Prague!

Pros: Great location. Lovely extra touches like free mulled wine every evening and fizz on arrival. Breakfast had good choice and very stylish surroundings. Great restaurant at end of street!

Cons: Bit noisy with other rooms’ doors closing.
