Very comfortable stay in a good location

Pros: Welcoming, helpful staff. The ambiance much better than photos imply, very smart, tasteful decor. Breakfast very good. Ideal location, six minute walk to old town square.

Pros: Cozy and comfortable hotel just a few minutes from the center, the staff was happy to help resolve misunderstandings. There was a pretty good selection of breakfasts, I was satisfied and I didn't see any such minuses

Christmas stay at Hotel Caruso

Pros: The location was excellent. Close to Charles bridge and the Astronomical Clock. The breakfast was so good. A wide spread of fruit, breakfast cereals, warm food and cakes. The room and bathroom were a nice size. The staff was very friendly and even allowed us to check in early. there were cold bottles of water in the fridge.

Cons: The was not enough toilet paper in the room, but when we asked the cleaning staff for more, they have given us more. All other things were excellent.

Pros: The location of the hotel is great, very nice and polite stuff, comfortable beds.

Very happy stay

Pros: Loved the architecture and interior decoration. Very clean and comfortable. Toiletries provided. Enjoyed the food selection at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel was perfect for getting to all the sights and tours we had booked.

Cons: There was nothing I disliked.

Pros: All staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Lots of plug sockets. Fridge, Tea and coffee topped up daily. No milk though but reception happy to provide as needed. Breakfast very good. Lots of choice to suit all tastes and diets. Location perfect.

Cons: Couldn't fault the hotel. Would definitely revisit and recommend to anyone visiting prague.

Great location

Pros: Really good location on the edge of the old town square but still away from any loud noises etc. getting there from airport was really easy by bus and metro and we also got a bolt really easily on the way home
