great hotel in central location

Pros: very central location , very spacious rooms and bathroom comfortable bed

Cons: loud doors and because no carpets you can hear everyone walking

Excellent - Would stay again

Pros: -Couldn’t fault the location, was less than 10 min walk to the old town square and surrounding areas -Fairly quiet area and felt safe at night - Staff were polite and well attentive -Bedroom and bathroom was good size, clean and had a working Tv, radiator, and mini fridge -Enough hangers for clothes , sockets on each side of bedside tables with lamps - Thick black out curtains so minimal light in morning -Great for getting ready as huge mirror in room is an advantage - Has a lift for those who bring heavy luggage or don’t fancy walking the stairs

Cons: I liked everything about the hotel but my only request for future reference is one double bed duvet instead of two single duvets for a double bed

Pros: Nice location, close to lots of the city. Lots of places close by to get breakfast. Comfortable room, clean. Friendly staff.

Cons: Noisy from a nearby room until 5am with lots of voices and laughter, but possibly a one off and not the hotel's fault.

Excellent hotel, if you are going to drink - don’t worry about the noise issue

Pros: Lovely location, excellent hotel. The only issue is the well established noise issue from the walls being thin. Did not really affect our stay but can see why it would be an issue for some people.

Cons: Noise did not bother us personally but probably needs sorting if possible.

Booked Prague, ended up in Winter wonderland

Pros: We loved the location, we were max a 5 minute walk from the Astronomical Clock and also walking distance from the other sites we wanted to see! In the heart of the old town and if you are so inclined, slap bang in the middle of some pretty good shopping stores, we loved our stay in Golden Prague! We only had 2 encounters with staff during our stay, but that was purely because we used the side door to head up and down to our room 🙊😂 bonus points for it snowing for the first time in a few years during our stay!

We had a great stay in a lovely hotel.

Pros: Its location was superb and quiet. The staff were helpful and the room was exactly what we wanted.

Cons: Would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room rather than just a coffee pod machine. The entrance door is down a big step which is difficult when having mobility issues.
