A memorable trip to Prague, made even more special by the reception we received at the hotel.

Pros: We were welcomed by very friendly, attentive staff when we checked in, with the offer of a complimentary drink which was brought to us as we completed the forms. Part of the stay was for my wifes birthday, which the staff found out about and served us with a complimentary drink at breakfast. When we returned to our room after a days sightseeing, there was a bottle on ice and glasses in our room to continue a special day. All the staff were very attentive and delivered service with a smile.

Pros: The room overlooking the river was lovely, with a wonderful bay window with a seating / laying ledge. It was clean and well appointed, as you would expect. The staff we extremely friendly and helpful, it really felt as if they couldn't do enough, always with a smile and friendly greeting. The carparking is off site, but the valet service took good care of the car and it was delivered back when needed, even at short notice due to a change of travel plans. The beds, honestly never slept in a better bed, plenty of pillows and so comfortable. The stay was superb, highly recommended for a weekend or longer stay.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Only what l will recommend is to write a card for the rooms for special occasions like birthdays or anniversary

Pros: Hotel is very nice, lovely and professional staff, specially concierge Karel who was absolutely brilliant-he explained everything to us but also help us to find the places we were looking for. Very friendly and helpful concierge that you should be proud of. Lovely touch of the hotel for my special birthday, had sparkling wine and fruit salad in the room which was very nice surprise. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices, great for fussy people, like my son. The manager was lovely too, she allowed us to check out late as we arrived late at night so we had time to relax and enjoy the pool in the morning. This was very relaxing stay of our journey and l will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. The only thing we didn’t try was the “sky bar”as we were very tired from travelling but spoke to girl(host-l think she said she was from Zlin)she was very nice and friendly too. Definitely will be back

Pros: The location was perfect for exploring the city, it was in a lovely up market area and it was nice and quiet. Very modern and clean. The staff were lovely and the spa was a nice relaxing space.

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel President. The hotel, the room, the staff, the location—everything was exceptional. The staff is very attentive, everything is clean, and they are very helpful. We will definitely be back!
