Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

Pros: We stayed for one night and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded us from a standard room to a spacious apartment with a kitchen, which was a very nice surprise. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Breakfast was included and also excellent, with many options to choose from. The location is great too, very close to a tram stop, so you can reach the city easily.

Cons: One small note about parking: if you have a large car and are not very confident with tight parking spaces, their parking spaces might be a bit challenging. We managed to park our Skoda Kodiaq without problems, but the next morning we had difficulty getting out because of the limited space. However, one of the staff members helped us patiently for about one and a half hours until we finally made it out. We were so grateful. Without him we could not have done it. Now we even have a funny story to tell.

Simply awesome

Pros: Good location, close to everywhere basically. Tram nearby. Walkable distance to Altstadt and Busbahnhof Florenc. The receptionist is very responsive especially during check-in and checkout time. Recommended! Would love to stay here again next time.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The room was warm and cozy. The breakfast was good and plenty. We liked it there sincerely.

Cons: They change the towels every three days. But when we asked for our towels to be changed they didn’t hesitate.

Great hotel overall

Pros: Great hotel overall, the breakfast is really good and complete, the location is easy to reach and pretty central.

Cons: Nothing was really bad but I would like the rooms to have a better noise isolation because some other guests were a bit noisy.

Great experience, helpful staff and great facilities

Pros: Good size rooms and nice and clean. Happily surprised to find breakfast was included - really good selection of foods each morning. Staff really helpful. Good central location.

Great value for money , easy to get to

Pros: I always write honest and fair reviews and read others, I read about this place before booking , the location was ideal ,far enough from centre for peace , 2 stops on tram , the room was spacious and very clean , it’s new so I hope they keep on top,of the furniture, yes a few marks on the carpet , but the rest was perfect , breakfast was basic but average, I look for value for money , I could pay more for a smaller room in town , but pound for pound this was good value , people didn’t rate the location… well,they should look at a map , it’s not the hotels fault, you often find cheaper food and drink away from the centre .

Great option for a stay in Prague

Pros: Good communication, staff was available and accessible. Room was clean and had everything you would wish for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood has some very nice restaurants and bars that are more than reasonably priced, being at some distance from the most touristic locations. Breakfast was ok, more than enough to start the day. Touristic center reachable within 3-4 tram stations.
