Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Good place at reasonable cost.

Pros: Close to public transport. Pretty quiet. Broad breakfast selection. Fast wifi.

Cons: Nothing much.

Pros: I like how friendly the staff were, and their high-quality customer service was delivered at all times. They really made me feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet was so good and had many items to choose from, I never seen such a buffet before in any other place, as far as I remember.

Pros: We really liked the hotel. The breakfasts were tasty — although the selection was the same every day, it wasn’t a big issue. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the blankets were warm. The room temperature was 22.5°C, which was very comfortable. The tram stop is conveniently located nearby.

Pros: The room looked great and it was very clean . Best part was the breakfast which was abundant and you could choose from a wide variety of foods . The location is also close to metro and bus station so you will save a lot of money on transport .

Comfortable and nice

Pros: Breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were spacious clean and comfortable.

Pros: Good location on tram to center. Parking in facility. Room was big for 3. East checkin and checkout. Plenty of selection for breakfast.

Good, comfy and relaxing stay just outside the old town.

Pros: Rooms are spacious for two people. Plenty of storage space. Room and bathroom are well equipped. Comfy. Kettle was nice to have, but a mini fridge would have been superb. Parking is great - but not free. Vending machines in the lobby are a nice touch. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good or not, depends on your preference, but you have to state on a card what sort of cleaning you want to be done to your room. breakfast was plentiful, although the scrambled eggs were a bit odd to my taste - very homogeneous in texture, something that I am not used to.

Cons: Scrambled eggs - but that is just my taste :-) Guests were pretty rude and untidy (eg. leaving their plates etc on the tables when they left, cutting in line, no response when greeted etc), although this is not the hotel's fault. Dining space is limited, but there are signs in the elevator indicating what to expect when during breakfast time. One more thing, but that is technical, express check-in. It could not handle single guests in double rooms it seems. Staff was very helpful though and everything was sorted upon arrival.
