A great choice to stay.

Pros: The location and breakfast were just great as well as the hotel personnel I talked to.

Cons: Only just one minor thing (but may cause a major issue) which is that there is no handle on the wall to hold when you step into the bath tube due to inclined surface of the tube and there is glass part on the other side. So that the entrance is just 50-60cm when all those obstacles considered you may easily get slipped by.

Exceeded expectations for the price

Pros: Just back from a 3 night stay from the UK, Location was perfect 5 minutes from everything we had booked in walking distance from everything, Great staff, Large rooms would stay again 10/10

Central location for old town.

Pros: Ideal location for the National Theatre the reason for our visit . Also Charles Bridge and Wenceslas Square easily accessible on foot.

Cons: Would have been nice if they did an evening meal.

Pros: The hotel is clean and the room size is decent. The location is excellent, you can pretty much walk to all main attractions from the hotel.

Cons: The shower temperature was a bit unstable, hot and cold at the same time, but it wasn't unbearable

Pros: The location was great, the room was clean and the staff was polite.

Cons: The hotel had nice facilities but it didn't feel to me for a 5 star hotel, more of a 4 star hotel. Also, at the check out I would have appreciated if someone had asked me how my stay was.

Spotless hotel, super location and excellent value

Pros: Just back from a two day stay at this beautiful hotel. Super value , excellent location, staff very accommodating [ booked two rooms and wanted them beside one another as was travelling with my parents and looked for this last minute] and staff very friendly and helpfull. Spotlessy clean room , super king bed. Complimentary teas and coffee on arrival. Complimentary toothbrush and paste in the bathrooms. Showers 🚿 super heat and great power. Mini bar in room so conveint and not expense very trustworthy. Few minutes walk to the main attractions . Levels more or less across the road. Lovely cafes and the door step. My trip was two short but hopefully in the near future I will return to Prague and would definitely stay at this hotel
