Pros: Greate location, very nice and helpful staff. Clean and simple room. It was easy to find the property because, they send to us very helpful with a pictures information.

Cons: A little bit noisy, because our window was with the city view and there was disco club near us.

Highly recommended!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Prague. The location is excellent – very central, right next to metro and tram stations, with easy access to all major attractions. The room was spotless, cleaned daily, with fresh towels every day. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel was impressively quiet with great sound insulation. Even one of the two rooms we booked (as we were two couples) had no windows, yet it didn’t feel claustrophobic at all thanks to the high ceilings and excellent ventilation.

A very central place to stay

Pros: We loved the location, the fact that it was very quiet inside the hotel. All the staff at the front desk were helpful, the rooms were very warm and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were worth the price we paid for and we would recommend this hotel. Also, when there was a problem with the minibus that was supposed to take us to the airport, that we had booked via the hotel, the front desk agent did everything he could to help us.

Cons: We were not happy with the cleaning. We had booked two rooms. In the room that I stayed the cleaning staff didn't even take out the trash one day. We stayed for 6 nights and I had to ask for fresh sheets and towels on the fifth night because no one changed them, even though we had left the towels on the floor as it was instructed in the room's card. The sheets and towels in the other room were never changed. In the front desk we were informed that the sheets and towels should have been changed on the forth day... At least in my room everything was changed after I talked to the front desk.

Pros: I really liked every aspect of my stay. Everything was very clean, the room was spacious, the staff was very kind and helpful. The location is really the high point: it's close to almost everything and there are a lot of nice options to eat around the hostel. There's also an elevator, so it's very accessible.

Cons: The temperature was centrally controlled - we were not allowed to turn on the air conditioning during winter. So the room felt a bit hot - even with the heater off. It was not a big problem, but felt a bit disappointing since it's advertised as having an air conditioner...

Pros: Excellent location, right in the middle of different attractions, very near a supermarket, and with the rotating head right around the corner. It's very easy to move around, and you can get an excellent breakfast at the Louvre café for a very reasonable price.

Cons: I would have loved if you had laundry service. Other than that, I think it's great place to stay in.

Pros: Travelled with 7 men and stayed in the 8 bedroom apartment. Felt spacious, beds were comfy and location was great.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The staff were really friendly and the room was really clean with a super comfy bed!

Pros: Staff was overall very helpful. Cleaning lady was very thorough and respectful.

Pros: I was a little worried at first as a lot of the reviews say this property is noisy but I genuinely thought it was one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The rooms were clean, comfortable and perfect for a few nights in the city, the staff were friendly and even allowed us to check in early. The location was perfect, surrounded by shops and eateries and a few minutes walk from the old town and a metro station. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to Prague!
