We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely choose this villa again next time!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Ema’s villa! The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for our three families. The location is excellent, very close to P+R Chodov, which makes it super convenient to travel to Prague. It’s also the most convenient and economical choice for families who prefer not to drive into Prague’s old town.

We really liked our stay with two families

Pros: A spacious house for us 7 (4 adults + 3 kids + dog) with everything you need - enough bathrooms, kitchen things, washing machine and kids stuff. It's not brandbew but we were not missing a thing. The garage and automatic fence really is nice. Pruhonice is a nice area, everything you need is there/going into Prag is easy, but it got the flair of a small town.

Cons: The garden would need a twice a year clean-up regularly but we were aware of that through older reviews. Guests are supposed to clean the kitchen utensils which was not done before we arrived - it should be checked better.

Pros: De locatie was erg ruim, had grote slaapkamers met goede bedden, een grote woonkamer met een royale keuken (enigszins verouderd) en een tuin waar de kinderen kunnen spelen. Het is er rustig, waardoor je een goede nachtrust hebt. En als uitvalsbasis voor Praag is het goed (parkeren op 10 minuten rijden bij Chodov bij Oc Westfield, is betaald maar een veilige parkeergarage met altijd plek, waar je meteen op de metro kunt stappen). Er is een grote lidl op een paar minuten lopen. De host is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zij reageert steeds heel snel.

Pros: Nichts auszusetzen! Die Lage und das Haus selbst sind super schön. Im Haus ist alles da was man braucht und es ist sauber. Wurden mit Sekt und Süßigkeiten begrüßt. Sehr herzlich. Garten toll. Mit Garage.

Pros: Sehr gute ruhige Lage, 5min mit Auto zum Aquapark. Das Haus ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Mooi en ruim comfortabel gezinsverblijf.

Pros: Rustige locatie en mooie villa met ruime parking en beveiligde poort en omheining. Ook kindvriendelijk.

Cons: Poort en sleutelkluis kapot Wasmachine werkt niet naar behoren. Koelkast koelt niet goed meer. Tekort aan bakpan. Een derde badkamer hebben we niet gevonden ( volgens Booking )

Schönes Haus und Perfekter Lage

Pros: Perfekte Lage. Ruhig und doch zentral. Für 2-3 Familien die perfekte Größe.

Cons: Die Ausstattung der Küche (Pfannen, Gläser, etc.) könnte besser sein. Der Backofen war schmutzig und müsste dringend mal gereinigt werden.

Pros: Naprosto skvělé místo pro naši velkou rodinu, velká společenská místnost s kuchyní, herna pro děti, pět ložnic, pohodlné postele bez problému i s přistýlkou nebo postýlkou, dvě koupelny…a jako bonus i velká zahrada :) Nebyli jsme poprvé a určitě rádi opět využijeme :) Díky :)
